Our bathroom was 30 years old. We replaced the vanity, put in new lights, a new toilet, a new floor, and a new special order shower that was a foot deeper. We also had all new hardware on the vanity and in the shower. The difference is like night and day. At first glance you would think the job was done by guys with 30 years experience. You would be wrong. The work was done by brothers Roma, age 23 , and Leon, age 19.Their attention to detail and the quality of their work is unsurpassed, The plumbing inspector and the building inspector both sang praises at their work. Not only a strong work ethic but both of the young men were absolute gentlemen and a pleasure to have at our home. Everything about TWS was first class. From Lexi and Jessie in the office to the guys in the field to the pricing, it was all top of the line. I would highly recommend TWS for any remodeling project at your home. Thanks folks! TWS stepped in & helped finish my bathroom shower when MN Rusco closed. They were able to get all of my materials & install them for me. My installer Brion Hartwig was excellent & made sure everything was installed perfectly for me. I had recently had 2 strokes & needed this walk-in shower so badly. I think I got a pretty good deal. The quality of these windows was much greater than what I thought I was getting. I got a couple windows for my bedroom and a beautiful sliding glass door for my sunroom. The installer (Ron) was excellent. He was personable, skilled, and efficient. It was a very good experience and I’m really enjoying my new windows!

The guts that put the siding on were very nice. One couldn't speak English but he did a great job. They took their time on each side of the each day they were here. It looks so much better.

From start to finish the process was smooth. We had an original window in the basement we needed replacing. They couldn't open anymore and in the winter ice/condensation would built up significantly on the inside. We could feel the cold air just sitting on the couch next to it. We were visited promptly for an initial inspection, and Joe was very kind and knowledgable. We never felt pressure to add additional windows. Their recommendation for the design/style was perfect. The install from Ron was great, super knowledgable 30+ years experience. Ron took extra time to make sure the little touches were complete. We honestly couldn't be happier!

I just finished up a meeting with Aaron and Hamel from TWS. They were the nicest, straightforward, honest, kind, and respectful salesmen I have ever met. There are times when individuals will take advantage of meeting with a female. That was not the case here. Thank you gentlemen.

We had an exterior door and storm door replaced by The Window Store and had a great experience. The sales person was helpful, knowledgeable, and didn't use any high pressure tactics. We had quotes from some other companies where the sales team was much more high pressure and had "act now" type offers trying to get you to sign in that moment with a deal that would go away tomorrow. Not a fan of those tactics and this was a welcome change. It took around six weeks after the measurement to get the ProVia door delivered and installed. The installer was also great. They took pride in their work, communicated throughout the install, and left the area perfectly clean. Very happy with the quality of the door, the install, and the staff we dealt with at the Window Store.

We had a great experience with The Window Store replacing a large picture window and a couple double hung windows. Our installer was prompt and courteous. He kept me updated on progress and took good care of the home, replacing some wet wood and adding insulation. We're very happy with the new window and how well it is performing in the cold weather.

The windows are well priced and the quality is top rate.Not only do we have increased curb appeal ,it has added to the home value. There is a huge difference in the amount of light in each room,quite transforming the atmosphere for the better. I am looking forward to the increased insulation when the winter weather hits. Windows Store Inc. is in one word fantastic. My husband and I met with the friendly representative, and picked out what windows we wanted, and what would work best for our home. We were given a 4-6 week timeframe for the manufacture and delivery of our windows, but they were ready for installation even sooner than that. I received a call and was able to pick a convenient install date for the following week. The full install only took 2 days. (our house had 18 windows). Ron was sent out and he was able to put in the windows all within the timeline, and did a great job cleaning up the site afterwards and showing us all the features of our beautiful new windows. I would recommend Windows Store Inc. if anyone needs new windows.

What a great experience with our patio door install. From ordering with Arlen (3rd time’s the charm?!), keeping updated with emails and phone calls of the order status, pre delivery photos, and finally install, communication was timely and concise. Installers called the morning of the install as the weather predictions were a little off in their timing of torrential rainstorms. Quickly rescheduled to the following day, where the two men showed up and had the old out and the new in within 4 hours. No leaks like the old one, smooth gliding door and screen door. And matches inside and out to the windows installed last fall.

On June 7th 2024 Advertising Manager Matt Kappel came to my home to give me an estimate to have the roof on my house and garage re-roofed. My current roof was approximately 23 yrs old. Matt told me exactly what The Window Store would do for the re-roof. Matt was very helpful and did an excellent job at explaining the process to me. The price Matt quoted me seemed fair and I signed a contract to have the work done. On June 11th Mike Smith the Field Manager came to my house to confirm product needed to complete the job and the order was placed. Mike was very knowledgeable with the current code. On June 17th I received a call from Jordan from The Window Store. Jordan told me the roofing crew would be at my house between 7-8 a.m. on June 19th. On June 19th the roofing showed up around 7:15 a.m. and the crew left around 6 p.m. The crew did a nice job of making sure the yard and driveway were clean of debris from the re-roof job. The new roof looked awesome. I have also used The Window Store in the past for new windows and vinyl siding. I would not hesitate to use The Window Store in the future. The Window Store has done an excellent job for me on all three upgrades to my residence.

TWS was awesome to work with. It was the most painless process that I've ever dealt with in a made-to-order system. The windows and patio door were ready for us early, and the installation began a very quick 2 weeks later! The installation crew i had had a great working system that made the installation of 5 windows and 1 patio door a 2 day job with great attention to detail on the end product

Had a wonderful experience with The Window Store! They did are resurface of my kitchen, and it looks wonderful. They were easy to work with, had good communication from planning to financing to scheduling and during the actual work. Salesman did a great job explaining the project and helping me design my kitchen. The actual work took a week, and was minimally disruptive and they limited the dust from the construction as best they could. They did have to come back a second time as they had to re-order some doors for a corner cupboard to make it more functional, and I appreciate that they did everything needed to make it work. They also built me a new cupboard for above my stove which is a lovely addition to my kitchen. Overall very happy with the look of and quality of the work done in my kitchen.

I had such a great experience with the Window Store! From start to finish (paperwork to installation) it took under 6 weeks. The installation process took under 2 days for 12 windows. As a first time homeowner it was convenient because they walked me through every step of the process, including financing. From start to finish, our kitchen cabinet reface with custom inserts project went smoothly. The salesman that came was thorough and listened to all of our needs and requests and made helpful suggestions. Helpful updates were provided while we waited for our products which helped keep stress levels low. Once the products were in, the work was scheduled quickly and completed in the time scheduled. The installer was friendly and answered all of our questions. The installer walked us through the finished project to ensure everything as as expected. The end product is amazing and we are so happy and pleased with our new kitchen.

We normally don't talk to door to door salesmen but in this case we had already decided we needed to replace our back door. The man happened to catch us at the right time. He wasn't pushy. Just took our name and number and had someone call us. The salesman was very informative. Isaac came and did the measuring. He also did the installing. He did an excellent job, installing and cleaning up afterwards. Today our city inspector came and said it was an excellent job. One of the better ones he has seen installed. He was also happy they replaced/installed new smoke detectors in all the bedrooms.

I had large window at the front of my house (as old as my house) and a patio door that were both in pretty rough shape. They both let in a lot of cold during the winter so I decided to get them replaced. I decided to go with The Window Store for the update since they have a good reputation online and their windows are manufactured in Minnesota. The guy that installed it was very friendly and did a great job, especially with the finishing work. The new window and door look great and the project was cleaned up nicely afterward. I would highly recommend The Window Store to anyone that is looking to update old windows/patio doors in their house, especially in Minnesota where the winters get so cold.

After hating our kitchen for 2 years we had always meant to upgrade. The window store caught my eye at a state fair booth and from there the process was nothing short of amazing! The sales meeting was prompt, straight forward, and fair. Install was a few months later and the team who did the install was great! We ran into a few minor concerns that the team addressed promptly and professionally. We have a few friends who have had refacing done by other companies and are shocked by the lower price tag we had for the quality job we had done!

We have been discussing an upgrade to our kitchen for a while and decided on resurfacing as our best option. After consulting with several companies we chose The Window Store Inc. The sales process was simple with many selections for colors, styles, and options. Shortly afterwards a representative came out to measure, plan and confirm all our choices would work as expected. We did encounter a cabinet where the door opening was too small for the slide out chosen. The representative took our information back and the team had an excellent option within a day. Once the selections were processed and in stock we scheduled an installation time. The team that installed our kitchen was very professional being sure to section off the kitchen to keep the rest of the house clean. The attention to detail was refreshing to see. It was rewarding to see our vision come to life. We only encountered one concern where a switch for the garbage disposal was in the way preventing a door from being installed. After the switch was moved, a technician returned within a few days to complete the installation and actually resolved another item he noticed that we had not. We worked with the Window Store to replace the older windows in our home. They were recommended by several of our neighbors, including someone who worked as a professional contractor! From start to finish it was an excellent experience. Great communication, a relatively affordable price (significantly less than quotes from their competitors) and excellent quality workmanship and product. The installer was highly experienced and had a fine attention to detail. He was also great with our dog, who felt very comfortable with him, which was a big plus. Would highly recommend!

The Windows Store was super professional throughout the entire process. Todd my sales guy was great at explaining the process and showing the options for new windows. My current ones were original with the house...The install guy (I can't remember his name) was AWESOME. They were fair priced and gave me options for saving more (such as changing some windows to sliders-which made the overall look outside the home appear larger). Very happy overall and will definitely be using them again to finish the remaining windows. I ended up doing 3/4 financed and plan to pay the remaining out of pocket. I noticed the difference in heating and sound right away. Thanks again!

Window Store was AWESOME. I had Todd come to take a look and tell me about pricing and things, and he was so chill, not pushy at all, offered a great price, and was very kind and real- not all salesmany and uncomfortable. I should have immediately gone with them, but I am a newer home owner and felt obliged to shop around a bit, so also had Window Nation come in. That sales guy was just awful, rude, pushy, and I was so stressed and felt so pressured before he left that I signed an agreement for them to do my windows. Once I started looking at reviews and etc, I was abhorred and realized I'd made a huge mistake. I called to cancel it all and had to argue with several people, but long story short got it canceled. Some months later, I had Todd come back, signed with Window Store and I am SO impressed. The professional, Ron, who installed my 3 windows did exceptional work. The windows were made to order, custom for my space, and he installed them while it was 8 degrees outside in a matter of about 7 hours. I was able to watch some of the process and it was apparent that I was witnessing a master at work. Ron has been doing window installs and siding for almost 40 years, is a well-oiled machine, and he made sure that the interior woodwork was kept intact, went out of his way to keep the original wood trim and pieced it together so that the finished product looked totally original. I always expect to be disappointed or screwed over (because 75% of the time I am) but have been so pleasantly surprised and impressed by The Window Store. When I replace the rest of the 103 year old windows in this house in the future, I'll be going with them again. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness, patience and attention to detail!

We used the Window Store to replace our side door. This is the main door I use since it is nearest to the garage, but it hasn't gotten much attention over the years. The paint was chipped at the bottom sill so we had raw wood exposed to the Minnesota weather. They replaced the side door and the sill plate and ensured we didn't have any hidden rot or water intrusion. The new door is beautiful, matches our home, and has a large energy efficient window so I can easily see into the driveway. The salesman, measurer, and installer were all professional and friendly. When we picked out the door, I appreciated that Corey didn't oversell us or pressure us. We had originally picked a storm door and the exterior door and he explained that their doors are efficient enough that the storm door isn't necessary. That saved us a bundle and makes it easier to get in and out since we aren't fighting two doors with a dog and toddler in tow. When the installation finished, it was already dark (thanks MN winters), so the installer didn't see a small crack in door seal. The inspector caught it, and The Window Store sent the installer back the next day to fix it. All told, it was a good experience and a high-quality door. However, you are really paying for it. It was pretty expensive (our total for the one door was just under 4k), so we weren't able to afford doing our front door at the same time. The price is high, but pretty normal for businesses that don't use random subcontractors and have high-quality, custom products. Note: I was given a discount on my project for providing a review. It's still an honest review.

Great product, installation and responsiveness to our specific requests!

We had a great experience with our sales man Arlen and our installer John. We had no idea in what direction we wanted to go from white cupboards to dark, somewhere in between. We quickly found what we loved with Arlen's help. John was friendly, professional and lead us through the process of what he was doing everyday. It was hard for us to trust the process after having a terrible experience with another company doing our bathroom. John left the place clean every day when he left. We are very pleased with the installation.

We have a walk up attic with 3 original windows. Our home was built in 1915! New windows were long overdue. The window store custom built new windows which are gorgeous. No more drafty attic. We had both of our entry-level doors replaced as well. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. All the work was finished in just one day. We are very happy with the results.

This is the second time using them, they refinished our Kitchen last year and the end result was beautiful, so this year we had them replace all of our kitchen windows and again the end result was perfect.
